I wanted to practice making simple things (without wires) and also very tiny things. He even has tiny tiny "fingers" on his wings but you can scarcely see them. This is about as small as I can go...at this size, small errors start looking really big relative to the scale of the sculpture.

If prehistoric birds looked like this and were this size--well, maybe that wouldn't be a good thing, but still, this is precious 
I made some things out of sculpey, annd I can't make stuff like this.
