This joke has probably been done before, but DAMN IT, I can't help myself. All innuendo is totally intentional.

So, Pirates was on tv again. And I thought, damn, Jack Sparrow rocks my socks. Then later, I reread some Inuyasha manga, and I thought, damn, Sesshoumaru rocks my socks. And then this DEMANDED to be drawn, and I have been it's slave ever since. I can't get over how happy Kagome is. (who wouldn't be? I'd surrender my booty any day.). It was a lot of fun to draw actually; especially the little details. I took a few liberties with Sparrow's costume; I switched his sash with Sesshoumaru's (but I dulled the colors), and the sword he's holding is supposed to be tenseiga. His hair came out as some sort of bizarre amalgamation of the two hairstyles. XD (had trouble with the beads; I think he may look a little too jamaican ^_^;; ). Still, I don't think he makes a half-bad scurvy sea dog (forgive the pun).

And yes, I know Jack Sparrow doesn't have a hook for a hand, and you'll probably hate me for it. But come on. Pirate. Missing appendage. Pirate. You know it had to be done.

I think I'm finally starting to get the hang of my tablet. Normally me and my pictures fight kicking and screaming the whole way, but this came together really fast. I know, to all you really skilled peoples out there it still looks on the sketchy side, but for me this is really, really good! I'm horrible with human anatomy, but this just..flowed together all at once. Also, have just discovered layer locks, so am in the process of developing a new coloring style.

Anyway, now you all know what a fangirl I am.
